polyester fiber

What Is Polyester Fabric Made Of? Polyester fabric is a synthetic material made from the polymerization of petroleum-derived ethylene glycol and purified terephthalic acid, which meltdown to produce polyethylene terephthalate (PET).

Is polyester fiber good material?

Is Polyester Fabric Good or Bad Material? Polyester fabric is an excellent material if your main concern is affordability. On the other hand, some people consider polyester fabric a bad material because its production is harmful to the environment.
Is polyester fiber safe?
Polyester is a synthetic fabric made from petroleum, chemicals, water, and air. It is an energy-intensive process and results in high levels of pollution and chemical by-products. The production of polyester can be dangerous for workers, while the products themselves can be harmful to our health as consumers

Hollow Conjugate polyster fiber

Conjugate polyester fiber, produced by bi component hollow spinning technology of heterogeneous polyester, will be able to meet your anticipation about high quality non-woven and stuffing use with its superior bulky property, high resilience and light weight which is generated through three dimensional helical fiber of one channel can be of several types: hollow, hollow siliconized or hollow conjugated siliconized fiber. In case it is siliconized it means that it has received a special silicone treatment that gives and extra soft touch.

Hollow NON SILCONIZED polyster fiber

Hollow Non-Conjugated Non-Siliconized Normal Crimp (PSF), which is made directly from PTA and MEG or PET Chips or from PET/ Polyester waste and post consumed PET bottles. It’s used for spinning yarns and making geotextiles, as well as fill pillow, stuff toys, cushions ,etc. Virgin fiber will be used in PTA, and recycled will be used PET. As rayon, cotton, wool, nylon or viscose, increasing the quality of the final product and allowing a multiplicity of uses. That is why a company offers me a functional textile in which it takes advantage of the naturalness of cotton and combines it with the durability of polyester.

HOLLOW Siliconized polyster fiber

Siliconized polyester filler is a type of filler created from synthetic fiber, polyester, that is treated with a silicate material. This silicone coating adds a featherlike touch to the fill, which makes it very slippery, soft and easy to work with. Conjugated hollow fibers have a hollow section and a mixture of crimps that provide volume, lightness, softness to the touch, elasticity, and great recovery ability. The fine fibres of microfibre allow minimal space between them, creating a tightly woven fabric. Whereas hollowfibre does have spaces between its fibres, which is how it received its name.

low melting polyester fiber

LMF, which is produced by bicomponent spinning of general polyester and modified polyester, can be melted at lower temperature(110~200℃) than normal fiber and bonded with other fibers. Excellent Bonding Properties. LMF provides diverse melting points generated through controlling seath part (modified polyester).he melting point of polyester is the temperature at which a crystalline solid substance changes from solid-state to liquid. So it reflects the purity of polyester. Generally speaking, pure polyester is a partially crystalline polymer with a melting point of 265℃. The fiber is produced by using polyester and modified polyester to spin simultaneously. The melting point is below 130℃. It can mix with normal fiber to form the nonwoven, then heat to bond them together and become an elastomer.
